How to play Tower Defense
- Choose a tower and click an open square off the path to build it.
- Waves start automatically after the countdown; use Skip wait to start sooner.
- Towers automatically attack enemies within range. Select a tower to upgrade it, sell it or change its target priority.
- Each enemy that reaches the end of the path costs lives; earn coins by defeating invaders and repair the base between waves.
About Tower Defense
Tower Defense is one of the internet's most popular strategy genres: instead of controlling a character, you plan your defenses by placing towers along the route that enemies follow. This version is online, free, and runs directly in your browser, with no download or sign-up required.
Each wave brings more enemies with greater durability, so the key is to spend your coins at the right moment. Defeating invaders earns rewards, and completing an entire wave gives you an extra bonus to expand your defenses before the next attack.
Strategy tip: concentrate towers near bends in the path, where enemies spend more time within firing range. Covering the same stretch with two or three towers is often more effective than spreading isolated towers across the whole map.
