About Snake
Snake, or simply the little snake, is the game that defined the era of monochrome mobile phones and remains one of the most addictive arcade games ever made. In this free online version, you guide a snake across a pixelated neon grid, collecting fruit and growing with every point you score.
The challenge is easy to understand but hard to master: the more you eat, the longer the snake gets and the less room you have to maneuver. Your high score is saved in your browser, so you can try to beat your personal best whenever you return.
Tip: keep the snake near the edges and make wide turns instead of sudden changes in direction. Planning two or three moves ahead is what separates a 20-point run from a 100-point run.
